In the summer of 2010 we decided to start keep a few free range hens, which began with us purchasing a very nice chicken house and few willing chicken. After some settling in the girls are now regularly laying some very tasty eggs. They spend a lot of time foraging in amongst our wild flowers and scratching around under the trees which is why our eggs taste so good.
