Terms and Conditions
These terms do not change your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Acts but are designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct on this website. However, while the colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.
Currency
All prices shown in this website are quoted in pounds sterling (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).
Delivery times
We aim to send all orders out within 28 working days of receipt. However as many of our products are made to order this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
Delivery method
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. European and world wide orders are sent by 'International signed for' post and should take 5-10 days.
Postage costs
Postage is free on all UK orders except for our books which are priced individually on our shop page.
Shipping costs
There are no shipping costs for orders to the UK. All overseas orders are individually charged per item and a small charge is made for any additional items made on each order.
Duties and local taxes
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or local taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.
Returns policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product, please retain proof of posting. Customers are advised that they are responsible for any costs for return postage.
Proof of posting
For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
Can I buy online?

What if I don't see what I want?

Can I buy products anywhere else?
No the Foxwarren products are unique and so are only available to purchase from the Foxwarren website.
